How can I Lose my Stomach Fat?

What’s a great way to get rid of fat in your lower stomach area?


To remove excessive body fat, no matter where it is stored, it literally must be burned off. This means you want to burn that fat for energy. The best way is to do some type of cardiovascular exercise such as walking, jogging, biking, aerobics, in-line skating or stair stepping to elevate your heart rate and get rid of the fat.

Start out slowly with 15 to 20 minutes three to five times per week and work up to 30 to 40 minutes three to five times per week. You should start to see results in about six weeks. You may also want to look at your diet.

If you are eating a lot of high-fat foods and consuming a lot of calories you are only adding to the problem. Making small changes in your diet along with the exercise will help you to see results even faster.
